How does this work?
You use Control Panel to write your sales messages and set up time intervals between their delivery.
Your potential customers request information via e-mail and they get it in a matter of seconds. Crazy Responder adds their names and e-mail addresses to your database and schedules delivery of follow up messages.
With follow up marketing you:

How does my prospect request information from me?
All they have to do is to send ANY e-mail (even empty one will do) to YourName@crazyresponder4u.com (change YourName to name of your company, product, service etc.). Your sales message will be instantly delivered to them.

 

May I also use my webpage to add new leads?
Certainly. You will find necessary HTML tags on your Crazy Responder Control Panel - Manual webpage. These will create a small table with two fields, so that your prospect may enter his name and e-mail address and get more information from your Crazy Responder ™.

 

I want to add a few prospects manually, is this possible?
Certainly. With your Crazy Responder 's™ Manage Leads interface you may add prospects manually. It works the same as if they requested the information themselves, so please make sure you have their permission to send them commercial e-mail message.

 

How do I configure my Crazy Responder ™?
Our customers may access password-protected Control Panel that lets them read manuals and articles, produce new messages, change their password and manage leads.

 

How many follow up messages may I create?
Even though 5-10 should do the trick, with each Crazy Responder you may create up to 20 messages!

 

Is it possible to personalize my messages?
Yes! This is one of features that makes Crazy Responder so 'smart'. Personalization is a powerful tool that will increase your sales with almost no effort! You can use the pre-set variables such as firstname and email or you use personalized variables that you create.

 

What is a personalized variable?
This is an item entered into your message to personalize it for each prospect. You may want to address your message using a prospect's first name. You can add a reference to the prospect's business by adding his/her company name into your message. You can add up to ten personalized variables in addition to the three pre-set variables; firstname, name and email.

 

May I change my messages whenever I want or is there a limit?
You are free to change your messages as often as you like!

 

What if my sales messages are really long? Do I pay anything?
No! You can have as long messages as you like - we are not limiting you!

 

What if my prospects don't want to get follow up messages from me?
Every message generated by your Crazy Responder will contain a footer with removal information. Your prospects can remove themselves instantly, without your intervention!

 

Do I lose my prospects' feedback if they reply to my automated sales messages instead of contacting me directly?
No! You can easily modify FROM: field (via Control Panel) of all outgoing messages, so that prospects' e-mails will always reach you.

 

May I use spamming techniques to advertise my Crazy Responder ™
No. We have a very strict anti-spam policy and we will discontinue spammers' accounts. Spamming with Crazy Responder s™ or mentioning Crazy Responder s™ in spam e-mails should be reported to abuse@crazyresponder4u.com. We will immediately terminate spammer's account.

 

How expensive is Crazy Responder ™?
We believe in giving before we receive. Crazy Responder  is a FREE service.

 

Sounds too good to be true. I thought nothing on this world was free?
Crazy Responder  remains a FREE service thanks to small ads automatically added on the top of your messages. Many of you found those advertisements annoying and asked us for a commercial version of Crazy Responder  that would promote no one but yourself.

What are the benefits of paid service?
Unlimited number of subscribers, no adds and 20 follow-up messages.

 

I'm new to this - can you give me some instructions to set up my autoresponder?

My autoresponder is not working. What should I do?
In order for your account to work, you need to create and save at least one message. If you aren't sure how to do that, please read instructions.

Another cause for your autoresponder not working is that you have entered an invalid e-mail address in "FROM Field" section of your account Settings. Make sure that it contains your valid e-mail address (like joe5902@aol.com). If you put any @crazyresponder4u.com address there, your account won't work.

 

What if someone asks a question when they email my autoresponder? How will I be able to answer them if the email is sent to my autoresponder?
While most of your prospects will send a simple blank e-mail to request information from your Crazy Responder , some may ask questions. These obviously can't be answered by an e-mail robot and require human attention. Your attention.

You can configure your account to receive a copy of the message that your autoresponder receives:

 

1. Log into your account.
   

2. Select "Set *From:* E-Mail Parameters".
   

3. Scroll down to the last question and select "Yes".
   

4. Click on "Update" at the end of the form.
   

If I add a new message to my existing messages in my autoresponder, will my current prospects receive the new message, even if they have just received the first message and the new message is a follow up for 5 days later?
Yes! Your active prospects will always receive the updated message set. The same applies when you modify or delete your messages.

 

Is it possible to send a letter with bold lettering, color, HTML, or graphics?
Yes. With Crazy Responder  PRO you may send HTML messages!
